New Fertiliser Works.— The new Northland Fertiliser Company. Ltd., will build a £lm fertiliser works in Northland, the directors decided at their first meeting yesterday. The site has not yet been determined, as further investigations are deemed necessary. In the meantime the company is going ahead with the planning of the works to provide a factory capable of an output of over 100.000 tons. It will have special plant to handle all types of fertiliser. —P.A.
