MR J. C. MACKERSEY, of Hastings, who has been elected president of the New Zealand Master Builders’ Federation Incorporated for 1961-62, is head of the construction company that bears his name. Mr Mackersey is well known in Hawke's Bay and he has in recent years been prominent in the affairs of the Hawke's Bay Master Builders’ Association and the New Zealand Master Builders’ Federation.
