Second Elevens' Match
In a second elevens’ match. Waitaki Boys* High School beat Christchurch Boys’ High School by 13 runs. Christchurch Boys’ High School carried its overnight score of 164 for seven, to 189. and Waitaki made 120 in its second innings, thus leaving Boys’ High School to get 97 for the outright win. It made 33 Outstanding were an innings of 64 for Boys' High School I by A. C. Cornish, two sixes in one over by the Waitaki batsman. L. B. Miller, and a fine I bowling performance by R.i Mee. of Waitaki. who took six for 27 in Boys’ High School's second innings.
