Advice has been received from the examination board of the Institution of Agricultural Engineers, London, that I. G. S. Burnett, of Canterbury Agricultural College, Lincoln, has passed the final examination for the British National Diploma in Agricultural Engineering. Mr Burnett, who sat the examination at the college, has been awarded the diploma with honours. The college is an approved teaching and examination centre for the diploma and Mr A. W. In 1959, Mr Burnett, who is an Englishman, won the gold medal for topping the diploma of agriculture course at the college.
