Western Samoan Plebiscite
(N.Z. Prm Anoctatim) WELLINGTON. February 9. An order gazetted tonight provides for the taking of a plebiscite in Western Samoa to ascertain the wishes of the people ot Western Samoa as to the future constitution of Western Samoa. The order provides for the appointment of officers to conduct the plebiscite, the registration of persons entitled to vote, the procedure for the taking of the plebiscite, and the hearing of petitions in relation to the plebiscite by a special court.
