Three-Wicket Margin (New Zealand Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH. January 2. A mighty six by D. D. Beard gave Central Districts its first outright win of the Plunket Shield series and caused Otago’s second loss on Saturday. Central won by three W Needing 192 to win in 345 minutes.
