Cook and D B Smith, Justices of the Peace) ON ENCLOSED PREMISES •Three months' imprisonment was imposed on Robert Hector John Kerr, aged 24, a workman, when he appeared on a charge of being unlawfully on enclosed premises, a private property in Saxon street, on December 29. The police said Kerr, who was not represented by counsel, had several nrevious convictions, and had only recently completed a term of imprisonment.-
