Pilot Training On Friendship

Thirteen National Airways Cor-, poration pilots have begun a week’s conversion flying bn the new Fokker Friendship aircraft. Practice will be carried out at the airport each day until Tuesday. Two days later the aircraft will fly out from Harewood on its first scheduled flight direct to Auckland.

Captains P. Buck and J. Curtis, who were on the terry flight out with the plane, will conduct the training. Captain A. C. Kenning, a technical officer and a Dutch pilot, Captain A. P. Moll, will assist.
