A record 106 players took part m a women’s field day held by the Canterbury Lawn Tennis Association at Wilding Park this week. The previous biggest number was
The A grade section, with 23 pairs, was won by Mesdames G. Wilson and P. Robinson (St. Albans) with 29 points. The B i’rade section, with 30 pairs, was won by Mesdames R. Gowans and D. Morris (Edgeware) 32 points.
