Dulieu, of Wairaki road, Bryndwr, have pleasure in announcing the engagement of their younger daughter, Beatrice Mazzie, to Arthur Louis, youngest son of Mrs and the late Mr C. Henry, previously of Dunedin, now Turra Murra, Sydney. MaeGibbon—Bain: The engagement z is announced of Romola Margaret, elder daughter of Mr and Mrs Donald Bain, to Anthony Roy, younger son of Mrs and the late Mr R. G. Mae Gibbon. Nason—McKergow: The engagement is announced between lan Geoffrey Nason, Seaforth Highlanders, younger son of Lieutenant-Colonel and Mrs C. F. Nason, Montville House, Les Vardes, Guernsey, and Anne Mary, elder daughter of Lieuten-ant-Colonel and Mrs J. W. McKergow, Brook Hill, Matakana, North Auckland. Neway Collars make news, especially circling the cut* away necklines of tailored dresses. Most popular of all is the big bertha collar which almost forms a cape round the shoulders,- writes a London correspondent. It is being used a great deal to soften the effect of sleeveless frocks. I
