All Blacks Speakers At Savage Club Dinner

One hundred and thirty members attended the recess dinner of the Christchurch Savage Club, when the guest speakers were three All Blacks, Messrs S. G. Bremner. D. J. Graham, and D. Young. Great Chief W. A. Luney presided. The vice-president (Mr B. M. Naysmith) said the club had been established for 67 years and after meeting for 47 years in the same hall was now comfortably settled in the Scottish Society Hall. Mr F. Brady, president of the Auckland Orphans* Club, and members of the Ashburton Savage Club were special guests at the dinner.
