Student Arrests In Korea
(Rec. 9 p.m.) SEOUL, Nov. 18 Police said today that 215 students of Yonsei University have been placed under police custody for questioning in connexion with raids on Wednesday on the homes of two American officials of the university.
There were demonstrations vesterday for the release of 62 detained students Police said the Court had issued warrants of arrest for 182 of the students in online custody. The students were nrotestine against the dismissal of three processors from the university last June.
According to the school board the professors had “opposed the school authorities uniustiflably ” The university is financed bv the American Presbyterian and Methodist missions.
