Timaru Hotels For Sale
The three hotels in Timaru owned by New Zealand Breweries, Ltd.—the Old Bank, Commercial, and Club—are being sold by the company to private enterprise.
Negotiations have been completed for the sale of the Old Bank Hotel for an undisclosed price; and the other two hotels are under offer to individuals.
