Sir Leonard Lord, chairman of the British Motor Corporation, has announced provisional figures tor the corporation’s produetion and exports in the current financial year showing a record output of 656,577 vehicles. This is an increase of 35 per cent on last year’s total of 486,048, and is 30 per cent higher than the corporation’s previous record of 504,712 vehicles in the financial year 1957-58. Sales to North America have been appreciably higher at 110,340. /
