N.Z. Driver Second At Messina
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) MESSINA (Sicily), July 31. Denis Hulme, of New Zealand, driving a Cooper 8.M.C., came second today in the Messina Grand Prix Junior Formula. The race was won for the second year in succession by Colin Davis, of Britain, in a TarashiBardhal. Davis took 44min 20sec on the 75-mile course for an average speed of 90.85 miles an hour. Hulme’s time was 45min s.ssec.
