WHAT IS EXTRAVAGANCE ?
Perhaps we think it is something rather gay, and that we’ll feel very dishing when we indulge in it. Unfortunately, it really means wastefulness, needless expense, a bad buy. Nothing could be further away from these words than a quality frock, coat or suit, that is smart and good value, that gives the wearer sustained pleasure and charms her friends.
