Council Calls For Further Report The Heathcote County Council will call for a further report from its inspector concerning the case of a man who was recently convicted of keeping pigs in the county without a permit Reporting the man's conviction to the council, the county clerk (Mr R. W. Morris) said that a futher inspection could be made, and if the pigs were still there, the council could take futher action. Cr. C. D. Le Comte: They are there, all right. “Well, if he is defying the law, we shall prosecute him again.” said the chairman (Mr R. A. Young).

On Cr. Le Comte’s motion, it was decided to call for a report at the next council meeting.
