Eunuff. —Unless you show that the word was misapplied (and it was presumably used in the sense of “weaken”) your complaint must be limited to the speaker’s tiresome repetition of it. Practical Matters.— Sorry; we were too cryptic. The point we wished to make was that the selection of a Suitable and adequate site for a town hall is primarily a town-planning matter (on which architects are. of cgj^ s ®} qualified to speak). This, in view, should be the responsibility of someone who knows local conditions and r «^ u if e ™ ents „,?"d has studied the probable course of . future civic development.
