A house at 45 Main South road, R’ccarton, was sold at public auction yesterday for £3400. The property has an area of 24.3 perches with a small, modern house. The property was offered on account of the estate o? E. R. Buckley A property at 28 Taupata street. Redcliffs, was passed in when it was 'offered for sale. The bidding opened at £l7OO and rose in bids of £lOO to £l9OO where it was pissed in. The section has an area of 56 perches and ,a frontage of' more than one chain, with a threebedroomed bouse. The property was offered on account of the estate of Mrs E. M H. Jones.
