Free Kindergarten Association Ball
The president of the Christchurch Free Kindergarten Association (Mrs A. F. Johnson) and the two vice-presidents, Mesdames C. O. Mathias and G. M. Samson, received guests at the association’s ball held recently at the Avon Rowing Club pavilion. The ball was organised by a sub-committee of the Kindergarten Council to raise funds for administrative expenses, and was supported by 400 kindergarten members and friends.
