Galloway Heifers Imported
Two Galloway heifers have been imported from Scotland by Mr R. G. Carrington, of the Little Mount Royal stud, Palmerston. The Shiplaw heifers are from the herd of Mr A. G. Beith, West Linton. Peebleshire, the source of two of Mr Carrington’s foundation females in his stud and his present stock bull, Jonathan of Snaigow, champion at the Christchurch Show in 1958 and 1959 and the 1958 Invercargill Royal Show The importations were arranged by the stud stock department of the National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand. Ltd.
