NAPIER DREDGE UNDER TOW
Annual Survey To Be Made At Lyttelton i (New Zealand Press Association) ' NAPIER, June 16. The Napier Harbour Board’s dredge, Whakarire, is at present being towed to Lyttelton for her annual survey. The 335-mile tow, being made by the Union Steam Ship Company’s tug, Taioma, began at 6 pjm. yesterday and, at an estimated speed of five knots, is expected to be i completed by Sunday afternoon. Because of a cracked boiler, the Whakarire could not make the trip under her own power.
