Sir,—Mother says, “Which milk is this?” Answer: “That is today’s that came yesterday.” “And which then is this?” “That is tomorrow’s, that came today.” “Well what is this in the cup?” “Oh that is yesterday’s that came . . . let me see, what is today.” Ask Jim the milker who puts the date on it.—Yours, etc., B.
