ARMY BARRACKS ENTERED
Sten Gun And Money Stolen A Sten gun without ammunition and £l9 10s, were stolen from the King Edward Barracks on Thursday evening. It is thought that the thief entered an open part of the barracks where renovations are being made, climbed into the yard and entered the office of the First Canterbury Regiment. The Sten gun, which was taken from the repair shop, is valued at £5.
