Appeal Again Adjourned

The hearing of the appeal by D- P. Dynes, of Wyndham, against his disqualification for three years was continued in Christchurch yesterday and adjourned until today when it is expected to be completed. Dynes was disqualified at Invercargill on February 17 after a two-day inquiry into a positive swab returned by Glenoware after he had won the Final Handicap at the Invercargill Trotting Club’s meeting on November 7. The appeal judges, appointed by the New Zealand Trotting Conference, are Messrs B. McClelland (Christchurch), G. R. Hudson (Waikouaiti), and I. J. Wilson (Christchurch). Mr J. R. Mills (Invercargill) Is. appearing for Dynes, and Mr H. S. Thomas (Christchurch) for the conference.
