Axeman Injured In Chopping Event
(New Zealana Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, March 27. A youth, Graham Knofflock. aged 16. of Okoki, lacerated his leg when his axe slipped while he was competing in the first chopping event of the Urenui combined district sports on Saturday. He was admitted to New Plymouth Hospital. His condition today was reported to be satisfactory.
