Brabin Shield Team
A Brabin Shield team will play the West Coast at Greymouth on April 2 and 3. The players chosen are: B. R. Hope (O.B.), captain, P. Hill and N. Curtis (0.C.). M. Ryan (8.H.5.). R. Hortin (Ash.). G. Wood and C. Reid (N.C.), A. Westwood (L.P.), A. Waters (St. A.), G. Pateman (S.C.), and R. Jefferson (Mar.) as wicketkeeper. The manager- will be Mr G. Frampton.
Players are asked to assemble at the Christchurch railway station at 6.15 p.m. on April 1. —Advt.
