CAMPAIGN FOR TRAVEL BOY

Weight-For-Age Race In Melbourne

(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) MELBOURNE, February 15. The Victorian Derby winner, Travel Boy, will not start in the £5150 Alister Clark Stakes at Moonee Valley on Saturday. His first Melbourne start will probably be in the weight-for-age St. George ■ Stakes (nine furlongs) at Caulfield on Saturday week. His trainer, T. J. Smith, said from Sydney today that he would decide about a St. George Stakes start for the New Zealand-bred Travel Boy after he had inspected Tulloch next Monday. Smith said Travel Boy and the New Zealand-bred champion would not clash, and it was now almost certain that Tulloch would have his first start in the Queen’s Plate, of 10 furlongs, at Flemington on March 12.
