TAUPO TOTARA BONUS ISSUES

Taupo Totara Timber, Ltd., proposes a capital increase to £455,000 by scrip issues of:— (A) 227,500 shares 10s each ranking pari passu with existing ordinary shares; and (B) 227,500 ordinary 10s shares ranking pari passu with existing capital except for taxation liability under section 22 (D) of the Land and Income Tax Amendment Act, 1959.
