Author’s Death.— Mr Frederick Pearson, humorist and author of “Fractured French,” died in hospital here yesterday after a brain operation. He was 47. His “Fractured French” and its sequel. “Compound Fractured French,” contained wittily Inaccurate translations of French phrases.— New York, January 18.
