The Rippingale and Barr Cup tournaments were played at the Hanmer Springs Golf Club last week-end. There were 83 players aud the course was in good order. Results:— Rippingale Cup, 36 holes gross: B. W. Cleland. 70, 67—137; runnerup, I. B. Cromb, 70, 70—140. Barr Cup, 36 holes net:: A. B. Anderson 124, M. Minson 127. Senior gross, a.m.: C. Jacobsen 70; net, J. W. Galvin 63. Senior gross, p.m.: E. J. Bradshaw 69; net, B. J. Farquhar 65. Junior gross, a.in.; R. W. Taplin 79; net, T. A. Robertson 63. Junior gross, p.m.: T. W. Harrison 78; net, O. L. Bryden 63. Teams’ Match: T. W. Harrison. K. C. Ensor, H, C. Anderson. The final of the Lodge Cup was played.on Sunday. Results were: F. P. ’ Farrow. 6 up; W. Hawker, 3 up.
