Representatives On Tasman Board
“The Press" Special Service AUCKLAND, November 19.
Mr K. N. Linforth and Mr C. G. Rye have been appointed the Bowater Paper Corporation representatives on the board of the Tasman Pulp and Paper Company, Ltd. As was reported previously, the Tasman board of directors will be increased from 10 to 12 members. Seven of the original members will retain their seats, but whereas previously an additional three members were appointed by Albert E. Reed and Company, Ltd., and the Commonwealth Development Finance Company, now four members will be appointed by Bowaters and Reeds.
