Malaya To Give Scholarships

(N.Z. Press Association—C'opvrtghO SYDNEY, November 11. The Malayan Prime Minister (Tunku Abdul Rahman) said bis country planned to become a donor nation in the Colombo Plan. Speaking at a ceremony at which he received an honorary degree of Doctor of Laws from Sydney University, Tunku Abdul Rahman said: “Malaya intends to offer a small number of scholarships and fellowships for Australians for post-graduate studies at the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur." He said the details of the scheme were now being worked I out.
