For permitting oil to escape into the inner harbour, Henry Faulkner, master of the overseas ship Coptic (Mr J. R. Woodward) was fined £25 by Mr A. P. Blair, S.M., in the Lyttelton Magistrate’s Court yesterday. Mr C. G.
