(N.Z Press Association—Copyright) MELBOURNE, Sept. 15. Factors, Ltd., finance and investment company in the Korman group, felt the benefits of its large expansion of activities in its latest period. Profit of the group jumped to £428,523 for the 13 months to July 31. Net profit applicable to Factors, Ltd., after eliminating minority interests, was £269,000. Ordinary dividend for the 13 months is 16j per cent. This equals a steady annual rate of 15 pep' *'t. Final ordinary dividend of ' cent., plus preference charge, able on October 22 after tht nual meetink. Books close on tober 5. The profit figures are f.u< a preliminary report, and are subject to audit. Group net profit of £428,523 is reached after £351,032 for tax. In the 12 months to June 30, 1958, net profit was £137,326 after £66,760 for tax.
