Boon Hay Block.—A block of 17J acres in the Hoon Hay-Hals-well area, offered on account of the late Charles L>. Ensor, was passed in at £B5OO when put up for auction recently. The property was put up as one block, and bidding started at £7500. The land ii as yet unsold.
