Motor-Racing Moss May Drive At Ardmore

(New Zealana Press Association; AUCKLAND, September 4. Britain's top motor racing driver, Stirling Moss, still hopes to compete in the New Zealand Grand Prix at Ardmore in January, and is searching for a suitable car. The president of the Grand Prix (Mr W. H. Knox) has received a letter from Moss’s private secretary (Mr K. A. Gregory) giving this news, which dispels fears that Moss’s entry in the South African Grand Prix on January 1 would bar him competing in New Zealand. Mr Gregory said that Moss could easily compete at Ardmore if he shipped a car in advance and flew to New Zealand from South Africa.
