COUNTY OF KOWAI COUNTY OF KOWAI BY-LAW FOR THE CONTROL OF DOGS PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Kowal County Council at a Special Meeting held in the Council Chambers, Balcairn, on Friday, July 10. 1959, resolved by way of Special Order to make the above By-law. the purport of which is to govern the tying up or confining of dogs, the provision of a place of confinement, the destruction of dogs wandering at large during prohibited periods and to impose a fine not exceeding £2O for offences against the Bv-law.

A copy of the proposed bv-law is deposited at the Office of the Kowal County Council, Balcairn. and is open for insnectlon of the public during office hours as from July 10. 1959.
