PLOUGHING MATCH AT HAWARDEN

Results Of Annual Y,F.C. Event

The fourteenth annual ploughing match of the Hawarden-Waikari Young Farmers’ Club was held on Mr W. R. E. Booker's property at Hawarden recently. Twenty-five competitors took part, and there was a good standard of ploughing. Results were:—

Special Prizes.—Heatherdale challenge cup. best all-round ploughman, J. C. Brooker; A. Burke challenge cup. most points in class A. J. C.
