Cheque Accounts

More than 1000 cheque accounts have been opened by non-com-mercial organisations at Post Office Savings Banks throughout the Dominion since the scheme began a few weeks ago. More accounts are expected to be opened as sporting and other bodies approve the move at their annual meetings.—(P.A.)
