(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 13. Two Russian scientists. Professor K. I. Ivanov, a specialist in education, and Professor L. I. They will be met at Auckland by the Chancellor of the University of New Zealand (Sir David Smith) and the professor of chemistry at Victoria University of Wellington (Professor S.
