Bluff Water Supply Still Scarce

(New Zeaiana Press Association) INVERCARGILL, April 12. Although .78in of rain fell at Bluff in the 24 hours up to 9 a.m today, it failed to make any impression on the water supply system. About four times that amount is needed to dampen the Bluff hill and start to fill the reservoir. Light rain was still falling today. The level of the reservoir stood at Bft sin today.
