THE TOLL OF REVOLUTION.—Shattered buildings in Sague de Tanamo, Cuba. The town, which has a population of about sees, was exptured by insurgent troops on December 24 after several days of fighting. Residents say that aircraft of the deposed President Batista’s government then bombed the town. This photograph, which first appeared in Havana newspapers a few days ago, is being widely distributed by a Sagua de Tanamo civic committee set up to raise funds for rebuilding the town.
