Returning to Ceylon.—Mrs E. Welgama (Ceylon), who has been in New Zealand for the last year on a Colombo Plan scholarship, will leave New Zealand on February 1. She left Christchurch yesterday for Dunedin, where she will do a short refresher course in home science at the University of Otago.
