Mother’s Holiday Made Easier There is a well known, and often true, saying that a camping, baching or caravan holiday is no holiday for mother. One problem that can be made easier is the family wash. The “cold water wash” method recommended here is very suitable for all white and fast colours and particularly babies’ nappies when hygiene is most important yet difficult under holiday conditions. Simply soak clothes for several hours or overnight in water to which has been added your favourite soap powder (first mix soap powder into smooth paste with warm water), and add half to one cup of CLOB-O-GENE. After soaking, wash clothes and rinse thoroughly. CLOR-O-GENE, in addition to bleaching, removing stains and deodorising, has a germicidal action. Clor-o-gene has 101 uses at home or on holiday. Send for free pamphlet to Clor-o-gene Supplies, Ltd., P.O. Box 47, Petone. —Advt.
