Forecast:— Nelson and the West Coast: Light variable winds, southwesterlies gradually predominating; mainly fair to cloudy, with some scattered showers about the ranges; temperatures moderate. Outlook: fair. Marlborough and Canterbury: Moderate variable winds, southerlies or easterlies predominating; weather dull, with areas of fog and drizzle; temperatures mild. Outlook: cloudy, with scattered drizzle about and north of Banks Peninsula.
