Visiting Equestrian Team
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON,January 12. Prize money of £2397 at eight shows in which they will appear is available for the eight members of the Australian equestrian team who will arrive with their horses tomorrow morning. In addition there is a special prize of £l5O for the winner on aggregate points in individual competitions.
The horses and riders will sail for Picton on Wednesday to prepare for their first public appearance, which will be at the Blenheim Show on Saturday. The North Island tour will start at Trentham on February 7.
