Sinclair, S.M., for sentence for breaking and entering and was sentenced to 15 months’ imprisonment. a The Magistrate warned him r that his criminal record was such ’ now that he might qualify to be sent to the Supreme Court for 1 consideration of sentence of preventive detention (three to fourteen years).
