No Rush On City Supplies
A few Christchurch dairies open yesterday reported no rush on butter supplies in view of the strike threatened by dairy workers.
With one exception, all shopkeepers said that they sold a little more butter, especially last evening. However, apart from one order of five pounds, it had all been in small quantities.
