TIMARU MAIN SCHOOL
Old Girls Hold Party Members and friends of the Christchurch branch Of the Timaru Main School Old Girls’ Association held a Christmas party in the National Party club rooms recently. The president (Mrs E. C. McKenzie) welcomed about 140 persons. The programme included games, competitions, sketches and a musical cameo, “Memories,” which was presented by Mesdames L. Butler, E. Drummond, I. Murray, H. Longley, L. Gray, N. Packman, E. Whitehead, M. Corley, E. Morrison, M. Vaughan, M. Barwick, and E. C. McKenzie. The accompanist was Mrs N. McDonald. Mrs Marjory Kennedy sang, accompanied by Miss E. Ellis.
